Karamatsu, Lorna, Anna, and even the new guy and girl have passion for doing this line of work. I'm not saying that you are bad at it but I do need consistency. That and, frankly, a little more respect than you presently show to me.

Please understand that I'm not faulting you personally. I just need to take a professional grasp on things for the sake of my business. My friction with Dandy and the split between the two workplaces is taxing.

Ibuki, I am a highly-respected man back at home. I have not seen my home in well over a year and a half. I know it looks like I don't miss it there because I have the Fog God and whatnot but I do. I pride myself in my professionalism and the things I have accomplished in my craft. Nobody there addresses me as anything short of Rohan-sensei because that isn't only my brand but it's a mark of what my life revolves around. Being a master at what I do.
I don't require such a thing here because nobody knows who I am there. I have worked tirelessly to become that person again. I have made a lot of colleagues here. You are included in that. JUst... The thing is that I want to clean it up a little more. Make it crisp. Return the dignified energy that I miss having around myself.
