This is based on two criteria:
1. They're close enough to Ibuki that they know of her past as Ultimate Despair, and
2. Whether or not they can actually boss her around.
If they can boss her around, they're above Ibuki. If they can't, they're below Ibuki. Their places after that depends entirely on either how much they can boss her around (Sonia will always be the "alpha" due to Ibuki being unable to tell her no, or go against Sonia's wishes), or if they're below her in the pack, how close they truly are.

FOG POWERS:
ø The ability to make up to three little kitsunebi of random colors, only able to actually place two while the third floats in front of her face like a miner's helmet for a light source. The third can be "dismissed" by waving her hand through it. If she chooses to place the third, the first will disappear. These balls of fire chime infrequently (just for atmosphere), and give off no heat. Fog followers within a thirty foot radius of the fire will feel a sense of safety, as if they're in a place they belong, while Fourth followers will feel a sense of fear, like they "shouldn't be there", or are in enemy territory. These act as "in-world markers" for Ibuki, allowing her to sense their location and make her way back to them, in a range of about half of Bavan.
Currently, one is placed in the gardens at Castle Mirai - purposefully to keep it out of the way of the others, so they can feel free to join whichever god they want, no need to scare off friends from their own home, now - while the other floats on the roof of a music store in eastern Bavan.
ø The ability to let out a powerful fox's howl as long as she's in her nighttime form that can act as a battle cry. Fog followers will find the sound energizing, fun, and exciting - "like the hype before a concert," as she'd put it - while Fourth followers will find it chills them to the very bone, instilling a feeling of being against something bigger than they are... and it may even paralyze them (at the other player's discretion).
FOG MODIFICATIONS:
ø Two little oni-style horns that jut from her forehead. They're red during the day, and blue at night.
ø Glowing blood in a familiar shade of pepto-pink. When shining through the skin, the glow looks red; similar to when you put your fingertips against a flashlight. Anywhere blood pools (blushing, bruising, etc.) and anywhere the skin is thinner (eyelids, ear tips, mucous membranes like the tongue and inside of cheeks) glows as well, due to the blood showing through everything. Visible veins also glow through the skin, hence the eye detail in the picture.

FIRST;

Physical:
-- Claws; Ibuki now has thick, black claws, both at daytime and nighttime, though they grow an extra half inch at night.
-- Fangs; Ibuki's teeth are now sharper and stronger, able to bite through skin and crack bone if she wished. They grow larger and sharper at nighttime, her canines growing half an inch longer than the rest as well.
-- Tail; Ibuki's gained a long, black and white tail that splits into three at night. It seems like it's part of her hair, in a way.
-- Silver weakness; Ibuki cannot touch or ingest silver in any form. This includes jewelry, piercings be damned.
Psychological:
-- Hunting impulse; Ibuki now has the impulse to chase small animals (cats, rodents, birds, etc.) should she see them, and may go as far to pounce upon and kill them if she doesn't notice what she's doing in time. Has an easier time killing them if she pounces to the north east, for some reason?
-- Cat aversion; she finds herself incapable of tolerating cats, and likewise seems to repulse them. When not actually around cats, this obviously depresses her. How's she supposed to get her nya on??
Note: Hana, the cat that lives in Castle Mirai, is unaffected by this change due to being around Ibuki before and after changes.
SECOND;

Physical:
-- Ears; Ibuki's ears are now long, pointed, and covered in thin black fur. This is both during the day and at night, though they grow longer at night time. Her piercings remain unharmed.
-- Heightened senses; Ibuki's hearing was already a bit more sensitive than others', but now it's straight up supernatural. She's also got the werewolf nose, able to pick apart smells and track them. Fox instincts tell her to use her hearing more, though.
-- High jump; she can now jump REALLY HIGH. Like, really high.
-- Vocalizations; she's part fox. She can make fox noises, now. This goes for both daytime and nighttime.
Psychological:
-- Carnivore; Ibuki's starting to prefer meat and bone above other foods, not even really noticing if she picks nothing but meat in her meals unless it's pointed out. It's just second nature.
-- Digging instinct; foxes make very big dens, and Ibuki's going to want to. RIP the yards of both Castle Mirai and Castle Luvchaque.
THIRD;

Physical:
-- Paws; Ibuki's hands and feet are more like paws now, with fur and pads. During the day the fur only goes up to the middle of her forearms and calves, but cover her arms up to her neck and legs up to her waist at night.
-- Facial features; wolf-like face at night. No change during the day.
-- Travel form; she can now shift into a small, silver fox at will. Piercings are kept, of course. She's so here for this.
Psychological:
-- Hunger; Ibuki's carnivore state of mind has become a fully fledged hunger for the flesh of humans. It's gonna be a rough time.
-- Pack instinct; anyone who Ibuki considers close enough of a friend (which, surprisingly, can be difficult) is now considered part of her "pack". That is, she's more protective over them, naturally gravitates toward them, unconsciously sorts them into a ranking (based more on who can actually boss her around or not), and seeks them out for entertainment or hunting above anyone else, even other friends.
