Castle Mirai is a Japanese fortress located a little ways northwest of Bavan, near Lake Dala. Though there are no designated roads leading to it, it is not particularly hard to find. It was established on December 16th (2015) by Fuyuhiko Kuzuryuu and Gundam Tanaka, after completing a quest given to Fuyuhiko by Tikbalang. The castle is surrounded by a moat and a 20-foot wall and features a single, double-gated entrance. The words "Castle Mirai" are engraved (in English) over the outermost gate, which the boys definitely did not ask for, but Tikbalang provided all the same. In addition to a large courtyard, the castle features four main buildings: a single story palace, a six-story tower keep, a single-room shrine, and a small watchtower.

The floorplan is a slightly modified version of this, though we haven't quite managed to finish a blueprint with our modifications yet. The major differences are the garage (gone and replaced instead by a wall to make the courtyard larger), the pool (a dojo instead), and the placement of some of the rooms in the tower keep (to be determined, but there's definitely more bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a laundry room, and the stairs are a little less awkwardly positioned). Also, please ignore the furnishings because it definitely did not come with those. Aside from major appliances/plumbing fixtures, the only furniture provided was a bunch of futons. The residents have since filled it with other furnishings bought in Ryslig itself (couches, TV, chairs, tables, that kinda stuff).

Despite how specific Fuyuhiko and Gundam were with their requests, the castle is not without its flaws:
None of the buildings have heating or a/c, though the keep and palace are insulated. You won't freeze to death in the winter, but you're probably going to want to bundle up and drink lots of warm beverages. And in the summer, you're probably going to want to invest in a fan and popsicles.
The watchtower has no door, making it inaccessible to ground-bound monsters since the only way in is through windows on the second story.
The dojo seems to be haunted. Sometimes, you can hear the sounds of wild birdsong or the chitter of squirrels or the little pitter-patter of critter feet on the hardwood, but you'll never actually SEE any of these creatures. Occasionally, the birdsong will sound like human wails. This is mostly thanks to a certain werewolf losing control thanks to a repressed hunting instinct and the smell of animal blood. Though a few of them were just crushed when the castle constructed itself (most notable of these being a bear, whose roar and snuffling noises can occasionally be heard.)
The dojo has been thoroughly converted into Ibuki's music club and kind-of-sort-of bedroom, despite actually having a bedroom elsewhere in the castle. Sorry not sorry.
All the plants in the courtyard were originally dead, but have since been revived. The gardens haven't been tended to with thorough care, but have been taken care of since Saionji's disappearance.
The temple roof has holes in it and the pond under it needs to be dredged. Fuyuhiko attempted to fix the roof as best he could, but ended up having to have a professional come in to do it. Mahiru, Gundam, and Fuyuhiko all dredged the pond.
The palace and keep were initially covered in all manner of dust, cobwebs, and grime, though months of rigorous cleaning has left it clean and good as new.

This handsome fellow is one of two geckos Gundam kept from the pet shop after the attacks of the Bloody Bones in January, 2016 (Control of Center event). He hides most of the time, being kind of an ornery and grumpy guy. He waits until people leave before eating his food, and isn't very fond of being handled just yet.

Taiyou, a male Tangerine Leopard Gecko:
This handsome fellow is one of two geckos Gundam kept from the pet shop after the attacks of the Bloody Bones in January, 2016 (Control of Center event). He's very skittish and hard to handle for anyone but Gundam, still a little freaked out by what he went through during the event. Though he's very affectionate towards anyone willing to feed him and kind of a pig.

Matsukasa, a female African Pygmy Hedgehog

Hana, a Lilac Point Manx
Hana is a sweet kitten Gundam found on the streets during the attacks of the Bloody Bones in January, 2016 (Control of Center event). While she was very scared of everything and everyone at first after arriving at the castle, she's really opened up since then and is a very affectionate companion. She will take over any lap that's open and needs a warm purring kitten to occupy it. She's a bit of a pig, eating a little more than she needs to in one sitting, but burns it off quickly afterward with all of her playing.
